How to View Your Order History and eSIM Details
Your Orders, All in One Place
Every plan you've purchased through Only eSIM is saved to your account. Whether you need to find a QR code you misplaced, check when a plan expires, or just review what you've bought, your order history has it all.
How to Access Your Order History
- Go to onlyesim.com and click Sign In
- Log in using email OTP (enter your email address and we'll send you a one-time verification code) or Google Sign-In (click Continue with Google and select your account)
- Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard or orders page
- You'll see a list of all your purchases, with the most recent orders at the top
Tip: Make sure you're signing in with the same email address you used to buy your plan. If you used a different email, your orders won't appear.
What You'll See for Each Order
Every order in your history includes the following details:
- Destination — the country or region the plan covers
- Data amount — how much data is included (e.g., 5 GB, 10 GB)
- Validity period — the number of days the plan is active once it begins (start trigger varies by plan — some start at installation, others when you connect at your destination)
- Purchase date — when you bought the plan
- Price paid — the amount charged
- QR code — the code you scan to install the eSIM on your phone
- eSIM status — the current state of your plan
Understanding eSIM Status
Your eSIM will show one of these statuses:
- Pending — the eSIM has been purchased but not yet installed on a device. Your QR code is waiting to be scanned.
- Active — the eSIM is installed and currently in use. Your validity countdown has started and you have data remaining.
- Expired — the validity period has ended, regardless of how much data was left. The plan is no longer usable.
- Depleted — you've used all the data on the plan before the validity period ended. The plan is no longer usable until you top up.
If your plan shows Expired or Depleted and you still need data, you can purchase a new plan or top up. See our guide on topping up your plan for details.
Retrieving Your QR Code
Deleted your confirmation email? No problem. You can access your QR code anytime:
- Log in to your account at onlyesim.com
- Go to your order history
- Click on the order you need
- Your QR code will be displayed on the order details page
- Scan it with your phone's camera or eSIM settings, just like you would from an email
A few things to keep in mind:
- You can scan the QR code from another device's screen (for example, display it on your laptop and scan with your phone)
- Each QR code can only be installed on one device — once it's been scanned and installed, it can't be transferred to another phone
- If you've already installed the eSIM, you don't need to scan the QR code again. It's already on your phone.
Managing Multiple Orders
If you travel frequently, you might have several orders in your history. Here's how to keep things organized:
- Active plans appear at the top so you can quickly check your current trip's details
- Completed plans (expired or depleted) remain in your history for reference
- Use the destination name and purchase date to identify the right order if you have multiple plans for similar destinations
Can't Find Your Order?
If you're logged in but don't see an expected order:
- Check your email address -- make sure you're signed in with the same email address you used to purchase
- Check your email inbox — search for "Only eSIM" to find your order confirmation, which includes your order ID
- Contact support at onlyesim.com/support with your payment receipt or confirmation email, and we'll help locate your order
