Only eSIM uses passwordless authentication. That means there's no password to remember, forget, or reset. You can sign in with your Google account or with a one-time email verification code. It's simpler and more secure.

If you're having trouble getting in, the fixes below will cover the most common issues.

How to Sign In

There are two ways to sign in to your Only eSIM account:

Option 1: Google Sign-In

  1. Go to onlyesim.com and click Sign In
  2. Click Continue with Google
  3. Select your Google account in the popup window (or sign in to Google if prompted)
  4. You're in -- no password or code required

Option 2: Email OTP

  1. Go to onlyesim.com and click Sign In
  2. Enter your email address and click continue
  3. Check your inbox for an email from Only eSIM containing a one-time verification code
  4. Enter the code on the sign-in page
  5. You're in -- no password required

Important: Use the same email address (or the same Google account) that you used when you made your purchase. Your orders are tied to your email address, so signing in with a different one will show an empty account.

Common Login Issues and Fixes

OTP code not arriving

If you're not receiving the one-time code in your email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder -- email filters sometimes catch automated messages
  2. Wait 1 to 2 minutes -- delivery can occasionally be delayed
  3. Verify the email address -- make sure there are no typos and that you're using the same email you purchased with
  4. Request a new code -- go back and try again. Each new code replaces the previous one

Google Sign-In not working

If clicking Continue with Google isn't working:
